- Single Connection: Each subscription is intended for use with one connection at a time. Using a subscription with multiple simultaneous connections may result in suspension or termination of the service without a refund.
- Channels and VOD: Channel availability, Video on Demand (VOD) content, programs, and other content may be added, changed, replaced, or removed at any time without prior notice.
- No Redistribution: You may not re-stream, retransmit, redistribute, resell, reproduce, or otherwise make the content or service available to third parties unless expressly authorized by BRTVIPTV.
- Streaming Quality: Streaming quality and performance may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including your internet connection speed, available bandwidth, device, network conditions, and the availability and performance of content sources.
- VPN and Proxy Use: The use of VPN or proxy services may interfere with the proper operation of our service. Where such use is prohibited by our service configuration or used to circumvent security or access restrictions, it may result in suspension or termination of the service without a refund.
- Service Availability: Our service may be accessible from different locations around the world; however, availability may depend on your internet service provider, network conditions, local regulations, and other factors beyond our control.
- Internet and Data Charges: You are responsible for any internet, mobile data, bandwidth, or other charges imposed by your internet service provider or telecommunications provider.
- Accurate Information: All information provided when placing an order or creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must also be authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.
- Refund Policy: Customers may request a refund within 72 hours from the time of payment. Refund requests submitted within this period will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Requests submitted after the 72-hour period are generally not eligible for a refund; however, BRTVIPTV may, at its sole discretion and depending on the circumstances, offer a partial refund based on the unused portion of the subscription or remaining service period. Any applicable payment processing fees, transaction fees, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Service Changes and Updates: BRTVIPTV reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of its services at any time, where reasonably necessary, without prior notice.
- Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our services if we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in unauthorized use, or attempted to circumvent service restrictions. Where applicable, such action may be taken without a refund.
- Intellectual Property: All BRTVIPTV trademarks, logos, branding, website content, and other materials owned by BRTVIPTV may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
